Patient downloads the HAT app on their smart phone for Android or Apple (QR code in referral package)

The app uses automated vision based pose tracking to predict the patients Beighton score

Patient follows prompts on the app to set up an account using their email address 

The app will send a PDF copy of the Beighton score results to  patients email 

Patient follows prompts on their smartphone to record short videos of the Beighton score maneuvers (range of motion of thumbs, pinky fingers, knees, elbows and spine) 

Patient will forward the results of HAT app to their referring provider who must attach the PDF to the referral package

The app will confirm that maneuvers are done correctly and will automatically upload the videos to the app once the move is correctly recorded 

Completed referral to be faxed to 416-340-3792
