Provide a patient focused, holistic approach to EDS/G-HSD diagnosis and treatment.
Provide patient support through accessible, research driven EDS/G-HSD self management programs.
To improve patient functioning, maximize quality of life, and reduce healthcare burden of chronic illness through a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach to care.
Create comprehensive, evidence based programing that guides the development of future EDS care through basic science research.
We Work in Partnership to Advance our Mission
The GoodHope EDS clinic works with international programs to provide the best care for our patients while engaging in international research projects to improve the care of EDS patients worldwide.
The GoodHope EDS clinic is located at the Toronto General Hospital, which is part of the University Health Network, the largest hospital-based research program in Canada.
The GoodHope EDS clinic works with the international EDS Society to help inform and guide the care of patients with EDS.
Multiple GoodHope team members are a part of international working groups run by the EDS society
